Job Summary

We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Junior Domestic IT Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidates should have a keen interest in IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience or exposure to sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements and source suitable IT candidates based on the job description.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.

* Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, notice period, CTC, and location preferences.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records regularly.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Required Skills





* 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment/IT Recruitment (Internship experience is also considered).

* Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

* Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed is an added advantage.

* Basic knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong sourcing and screening skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience hiring for IT positions such as AEM, Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, SAP, and Full Stack roles is preferred.

* Strong learning attitude and willingness to grow in IT recruitment.

* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
