Role & responsibilities
- Design and implement organisational development interventions to improve structure, effectiveness and ways of working.
- Lead succession planning for critical and leadership roles identifying successors, assessing readiness and building development plans.
- Build and manage the high-potential and talent-pool framework in partnership with the talent management function.
- Drive change management for organisational, structural and cultural initiatives.
- Support organisation design and restructuring role clarity, spans and layers, and workforce planning.
- Design and facilitate assessment and development centres for succession and capability building.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen organisational culture, values and employee experience.
- Use HR analytics and diagnostics (engagement, attrition, capability gaps) to shape OD priorities.
- Define and track metrics for succession readiness, bench strength and OD outcomes.
- Collaborate with external consultants and partners on OD and succession initiatives as needed.

Preferred candidate profile
* The desired candidate should be in the age group between 35-40 years,
* A Qualified Master's degree / MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (a full time HR specialisation preferred)
* Language profeciency in English and Telugu (spoken and written)

- Strong expertise in organisational development, change management and succession planning methodologies.
- Experience with organisation design, competency frameworks and assessment / development centres.
- Analytical and diagnostic mindset with the ability to translate insights into interventions.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple stakeholders.
