Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ensure timely pickup, sorting, dispatch, transit, and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile operations to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with hub teams, branch teams, drivers, vendors, and delivery executives for smooth operations.
- Plan vehicle allocation, route optimization, and manpower deployment.
- Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure all shipments are scanned, tracked, and updated accurately in the system.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, MIS reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and operational efficiency.
- Investigate shipment delays, shortages, damages, and customer escalations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
- Train, guide,



and mentor junior operations executives and warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support team for issue resolution and status updates.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely vehicle availability.
- Support audits, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Handle emergency operational requirements and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and logistics management systems.
