ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a PowerPoint Designer to join our Global Design Support team and transform written content into polished, on-brand presentations. Working from source material such as Word documents and PDFs, you will build clear, visually compelling PowerPoint decks that adhere to brand standards translating dense text and data into structured, engaging slides for internal and client-facing use. This role suits a detail-oriented designer with 15 years of experience who takes pride in clean layouts, consistent formatting, and presentation craft.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Content-to-Deck Conversion: Take content supplied in Word documents, PDFs, or written briefs and convert it into well-structured, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations determining the right layouts, hierarchy, and flow to communicate the message clearly.
- Brand-Compliant Design: Build every slide in line with brand guidelines — correct colours, typography, logo usage, iconography, and slide templates — ensuring a consistent, professional look across all decks.
- Template & Master Slide Management: Create, maintain, and apply PowerPoint templates, master slides,



and reusable layouts to drive consistency and speed across the team’s presentation output.
- Data Visualisation: Translate tables, figures, and data from source files into clear charts, graphs, and infographics that are accurate, easy to read, and on-brand.
- Content Structuring: Interpret and distil lengthy or unstructured source content, working with stakeholders to prioritise key messages and organise them into a logical slide narrative.
- Formatting & Consistency: Ensure precise alignment, spacing, animation, and transitions across decks, maintaining a high standard of visual polish and internal consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team Manager, Team Lead, and requestors to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver presentations on time and to specification.
- Quality Review: Self-review all decks before delivery — checking for typographic accuracy, layout consistency, brand compliance, and alignment with the original source content.
- File Organisation: Maintain clearly named, well-organised presentation files and version control so assets remain accessible and reusable.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience: 1–5 years of professional experience in presentation / PowerPoint design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong,



on-brand decks built from source content.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- PowerPoint Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint — master slides, custom templates, animations, transitions, and slide-level data visualisation. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word for interpreting source content.
- Design Tools (Good to Have): Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or add-ins such as think-cell, is an advantage.
- Mac Proficiency: Good working proficiency on macOS (Apple Mac) is required. The Global Design Support team uses Mac machines for all day-to-day design work, so comfort with the Mac operating system, file management, and design workflows on Mac is essential.
- Working Hours: This role operates on US-aligned time zones. Candidates must be fully comfortable working evening and night shifts (3 PM – 12 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM IST) as a standard condition of employment.
- Attention to Detail: A careful, methodical approach to slide production — consistent in quality, precise in execution, and thorough in self-review before delivery.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand briefs and interpret written content accurately.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent presentations, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality across all outputs.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset, comfortable receiving direction and contributing positively within a team environment.
