Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business and brand objectives.
- Create and implement brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and scientific/technical marketing materials aligned with the overall brand vision.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure effective execution of product strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize brand campaigns across multiple channels.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to develop growth strategies and product roadmaps.
- Conduct sales analysis, demand forecasting, and performance tracking to support business planning.
- Design and execute product-specific market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Organize and conduct scientific meetings, technical seminars, webinars, and other engagement programs to strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Respond to and resolve medical and scientific queries from healthcare professionals in a timely and effective manner.




- Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Robust strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in brand management, product marketing, and product launch execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in market research, sales analytics, and digital marketing.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in Science/Pharmacy. Preferably with MBA-Marketing from reputed institute.
- 8 -12 years of experience in Product Management in Biopharma/Pharma (preferably in Paediatric Vaccine and

Gynaecology segment). Initial experience of at least a year in the field job is MUST.

- Experience in MS Oice and analytical tools is essential.
- Age below 35 years.
