Experience: 2-3 Years (Home health Medical Coding)

We are looking for an experienced Medical Coder with expertise in Home Health Coding to join our team.

Requirements:

* 23 years of experience in Medical Coding
* Hands-on experience in Home Health coding specialty.
* Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
* Valuable understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding compliance
* CPC/CCS/CIC/COC certification is required

Responsibilities-

Review Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification, Follow-up, Transfer, and Discharge documentation.





Assign accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes in accordance with official coding guidelines and Home Health regulations.

Determine the primary diagnosis and sequence secondary diagnoses based on OASIS documentation and clinical relevance.

Validate diagnosis coding using OASIS-E guidelines and PDGM grouping methodology.

Review physician documentation, nursing assessments, therapy evaluations, and clinical notes for coding accuracy and completeness.

Note - Candidates should have own Laptop and Wi-Fi setup to work from home.
