Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer enquiries.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

- Meet performance targets set by the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in the BPO industry (healthcare BPO preferred).

- Robust communication skills for effective voice processing (inbound/outbound calling).

- Ability to work on multiple processes, including inbound voice processing, outbound calling, and email support.

- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
