- 7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 23 years in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.
- Strong expertise in functional and automation testing, preferably in Salesforce or enterprise applications.
- Proficient in API testing.
- Proven hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, BDD, Provar, and similar tools.
- Solid experience in designing and governing automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
- Experience implementing data-driven, regression, and continuous testing strategies.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on testing with team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
