Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled WalkMe Developer with basic experience in ServiceNow to design, develop, and maintain digital adoption solutions that improve user experience, increase platform adoption, and enhance business process efficiency. The role involves creating in-app guidance and self-service solutions using WalkMe to support users across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

WalkMe Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy WalkMe solutions including:
- Smart Walk-Thrus
- SmartTips
- Task Lists
- Launchers
- ShoutOuts
- Resource Centers
- Surveys
- Onboarding Journeys

- Create step-by-step guidance for ServiceNow processes and workflows.
- Improve user adoption, engagement, and self-service capabilities.

User Experience & Process Improvement

- Work with stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and user pain points.
- Convert business requirements into intuitive digital guidance.
- Reduce training efforts and support tickets through contextual assistance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for user experience enhancement.

Technical Development

- Develop and maintain WalkMe solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Configure advanced WalkMe logic, automation, and dynamic rules.
- Create role-based and contextual guidance for different user groups.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance standards.

ServiceNow Integration

- Apply knowledge of ServiceNow forms, workflows, tables, and UI components.
- Build resilient WalkMe elements that remain stable during platform upgrades.
- Support ServiceNow user adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Perform end-to-end testing across browsers and user roles.




- Troubleshoot and resolve WalkMe-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality, accessibility, and governance standards.
- Support deployment and post-production validation activities.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

- 35 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on WalkMe development.
- Experience implementing and supporting WalkMe solutions in enterprise environments.
- Exposure to digital adoption, change management, and user enablement programs.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.

Technical Skills

Strong Knowledge Of:

- WalkMe Development & Administration
- JavaScript
- HTML/CSS
- jQuery Selectors
- WalkMe Analytics and Reporting

Good Understanding Of:

- ServiceNow Platform Architecture
- ServiceNow UI and Workflows

- Exposure to knowledge management and employee experience initiatives.
