Job Description

Kored Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Transport Manager to manage fleet operations, transportation logistics, and vehicle maintenance for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the company's fleet, including heavy commercial vehicles and project equipment.
- Plan and coordinate transportation for materials, machinery, and manpower across project sites.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and timely servicing of all vehicles.
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-control measures.
- Maintain transport documentation, including insurance, permits, fitness certificates, and registrations.




- Coordinate with transport vendors and negotiate service agreements.
- Supervise drivers and transport staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Track vehicle movement using GPS and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and company policies.
- Support project teams by ensuring timely vehicle availability and efficient logistics.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in transport or fleet management within infrastructure, construction, railway, highway, or road projects.
- Robust knowledge of fleet operations, logistics, vehicle maintenance, and transport compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
