Role: Workday functional Consultant

Experience: 6 yrs

Location: Hyderabad - client location

Duration of the assignment - 6 months (Extendable on the basis of performance & Client discretion)

1 Key responsibilities include gathering client requirements, configuring Workday modules, developing reports and dashboards, facilitating workshops, providing expert guidance to clients and junior staff, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

2 The role demands robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with deep knowledge of Workday's features and functionalities. Act as an expert in specialized Workday functional areas and advise clients on the best way to leverage the platform.

3 Configure, test, and deploy Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core, Recruiting, Absence, Advanced Comp, Payroll, or Performance) to align with business needs.
