Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across a customer-facing loyalty platform transformation spanning web, mobile, backend integration, and quality engineering

Role & responsibilities

- Co-Own the end-to-end technical vision and solution architecture across web, mobile, backend, and integration layers.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, development practices, coding guidelines, and architecture principles.
- Lead technical design sessions and make key architecture and technology decisions.
- Partner closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on guidance for complex implementation challenges across Next.js, Flutter, Spring Boot, APIs, and third-party integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 35 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Solid hands-on experience with modern web, mobile, and backend technologies.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Frontend technologies (React, Next.js)
- Mobile technologies (Flutter)
- Backend development (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices)

Preferred Skills

- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products, loyalty platforms, e-commerce solutions, or mobile applications.
- Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms such as loyalty, rewards, CRM, or marketing platforms.
- Exposure to accessibility, security, observability, and performance engineering practices.
