About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using .NET technologies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust automation suites for API and functional testing.

What You'll Do:

- Identify, design, and implement automation test cases for web applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Define and document automation testing strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Create automation test plans and collaborate with stakeholders for reviews and approvals.
- Develop, enhance, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable test suites.
- Manage and support regression testing activities during application releases and enhancements.
- Monitor, track, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and product teams.
- Troubleshoot automation challenges including object identification, synchronization, and error-handling issues.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards and quality engineering practices.
- Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) initiatives.
- Interact with customers and clients to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to performance, scalability, reliability, and non-functional testing initiatives.




- Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks, processes, and testing methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, release timelines, and testing governance processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Automation Testing.
- 3 + years of experience in Microsoft Technologies is desired
- Strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in API testing and automation using REST Assured, Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or ALM.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality metrics.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling is preferred.
- Experience testing microservices,



distributed systems, cloud-based applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation techniques.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
