Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day warehouse and store activities.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain proper storage practices and material identification.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO implementation wherever applicable.
- Ensure smooth coordination with Production, Purchase, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Conduct cycle counting and annual physical inventory.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess and stock-outs.

Scrap Management

- Maintain proper accounting and segregation of production scrap.
- Ensure systematic collection, storage, and disposal of scrap materials.
- Coordinate scrap sales and disposal activities as per company policy.
- Maintain complete documentation and records related to scrap generation and disposal.
- Monitor scrap movement to prevent losses and pilferage.

Warehouse & Compliance

- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation in the warehouse.
- Follow safety, quality,



and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain material traceability and documentation.
- Ensure statutory and internal audit compliance.
- Support internal and external audits with required records.

Documentation & Reporting

- Generate daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and dispatch records.
- Prepare inventory ageing, slow-moving, and non-moving stock reports.
- Monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Optical Fiber Cable or Cable Manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM or any Manufacturing ERP.
- Exposure to ISO systems and warehouse compliance.
- Knowledge of barcode/RFID-based inventory systems is an added advantage.
