Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, defining business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in Agile environments.

Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of requirements management techniques.
- Expertise in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance test scenarios.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel,PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst.
- Experience delivering technology solutions within complex organizations.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution definition.
- Exposure to cybersecurity operations or intelligence teams (preferred).
