Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Assurance Engineer with a solid background in PLC/DCS testing, industrial automation, and safety-critical control systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automated testing, verification and validation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning of industrial control systems.

Required Experience

- 69+ years of experience in Product Assurance, Software Testing, or System Testing for Industrial Automation/Control Systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS test systems, including manual testing, automated testing, and scripting.
- Experience working with one or more of the following platforms:
- DCS: Foxboro, Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa
- PLC: Triconex, HIMA, FSC, Modicon

- Experience in functional and system testing of control and safety systems.
- Hands-on experience in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), installation, and commissioning of PLC/DCS systems and field instruments.
- Exposure to verification and validation of multi-processor real-time embedded or high-integrity systems.




- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC, Serial I/O, etc.
- Understanding of software development and testing methodologies including Agile, V-Model, and Waterfall.
- Experience with configuration management, requirements traceability, unit testing, functional testing, and system testing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with redundant systems (2oo2, 2oo3 architectures).
- Knowledge of IEC 61508, IEEE 1012, CENELEC, IEC, ISO, IEEE, or CMM standards.
- CSQA, CSQE, or CRP certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with requirements engineering, configuration management, automated testing tools, and coding compliance tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and evaluate test plans, strategies, and quality assurance activities for complex projects.
- Prepare test cases, test scripts, and test environments for manual and automated testing.
- Execute functional, integration, system, FAT, and SAT test activities.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and prepare comprehensive test reports.
- Perform reviews and quality analysis of hardware and software deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Support process improvements and maintain organizational quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and product quality requirements.
