What You'll Do

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on hiring requirements
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs can apply)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Internet
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Salary & Benefits

- Freshers:



13,000/month + Performance Incentives
- HR Internship Experience: 15,000/month + Performance Incentives

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
