Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities applications. The ideal candidate should have robust functional and technical knowledge of ORMB, along with expertise in Java, SQL, APIs, Kafka, and batch processing. The role involves developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting ORMB solutions while ensuring high application performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and support Oracle ORMB applications based on business requirements.
- Work on both functional and technical components of ORMB, including customer onboarding and billing processes.
- Design and implement Pricing Rules and Tariff Framework Management (TFM).
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging.
- Build and optimize Java-based applications, including multithreaded processing where required.
- Develop and support ORMB Batch Framework jobs for high-volume transaction processing.




- Write and optimize SQL queries for Oracle databases.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
- Robust understanding of ORMB functional and technical components
- Hands-on experience with Java and SQL
- Experience with Tariff Framework Management (TFM) and Pricing Rules
- Knowledge of Customer Onboarding processes
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with Kafka
- Strong understanding of Multithreading concepts
- Experience with ORMB Batch Framework
- Ability to handle production support, debugging, and performance tuning

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
