Job Details

- Experience: 1-3 Years
- Salary: 3 LPA to 5 LPA
- Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week
- Shift: US Shift
- Transportation: Two-way cab facility provided

- Nearby locations

Eligibility:

- Female candidates only
- Immediate joiners preferred

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Neutral/Valuable English accent
- Prior experience handling US customers in Sales or Customer Service
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Resolve customer concerns related to product delivery, orders, and other service-related issues.




- Manage customer escalations professionally and work closely with managers to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.

2. Operations Interview
