Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and payroll-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax documentation and filings.
- Assist in payroll data verification and salary-related documentation.
- Prepare basic MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
- Support internal and statutory audit activities.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.




- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance team.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com / M.Com graduates (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-outs).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship or training experience in Accounts will have an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
- Exposure to ERP software through academic projects or internships.
- Knowledge of accounting documentation and bookkeeping.
