Role & responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in Workday implementation, configuration, testing, and enhancement projects.
- Module Configuration: Learn and help configure Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) and Integration modules based on client requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, mentors, and client teams to support project execution and issue resolution.
- Testing & Deployment: Actively participate in unit testing, end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live deployment support.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance Workday domain knowledge, upgrade technical/functional skills, and achieve Workday Certifications.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT,
Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of ERP systems, HR processes, or cloud software:
- HCM Track: Knowledge of Org Structures, Staffing Models, Business Processes, Security, and Worker Lifecycle.
- Integrations Track: Basic familiarity with XML, Web Services, EIBs, or programming fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to undergo structured training, learn new technologies quickly, and adapt to adaptable shift hours/client needs.
- Location: Immediate joiners based in or open to relocating to Hyderabad.
