We are currently hiring for Team Lead - Operations - U3 to manage a team here in hyderabad, TG on contract basis for 1Y.

Role: Team Lead - Operations - U3 (Contract: 1 Year)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Client: UK Based

Locations: Hyderabad, TG 2-way transportation will be provided.

Interview Mode: In-person (Candidates from HYD only can apply)

Exp: 4+ years till 8Years (Min 2Years as a TL on papers is mandatory and must have exp in handling a team of at least 8 members & above)

Shift: UK shift (12PM till 9:30PM & Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)

APPLICANT’S SPECIFICATION

- Graduation in any field
- Work experience: At least 2-7 years of experience as a Team Lead in BPO or KPO industry

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills (CEFR C1 level for Reading and Writing)
- Proficient in working on MS Office suite of applications
- Knowledge of building KPI reports using Excel PIVOTs or PowerBI is preferable
- Has passion and committed to the success and growth of the team
- Ability to work independently and think ‘out of the box’
