Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect with strong expertise in React Native to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, establishing development standards, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile application architectures using React Native.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for mobile application development.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools to improve application performance and maintainability.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and solution blueprints.

Technical Leadership

- Lead a team of mobile developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture standards and coding best practices.
- Mentor developers and help improve team capabilities in React Native and related technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders.

Development & Integration

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend services and cloud platforms.

Quality & Security

- Establish CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.




- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive testing strategies including unit testing, integration testing, and automation testing.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in React Native application development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and React Native.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade mobile application architectures.
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS platforms and mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand.
- Knowledge of mobile security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, retail, healthcare, or fintech domains.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development.
- Experience with Expo, CodePush, Firebase, and mobile analytics tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
