Qualifications

Required:
* Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a premier B School.
* 2 to 3 years of work experience for Consultant-level roles.
* Experience in one or more of the following: merchandise end-to-end planning, merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, demand planning, inventory planning, floor and space planning, forecasting and replenishment, customer segmentation, or retail analytics.
* Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, customer data analysis, or business analysis.
* Experience in retail and consumer, including retail analytics, retail operations, or e-commerce operations.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel and data or visualization tools such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx,



or Microsoft Access.
* Experience translating analytical outputs into business insights and recommendations.

Preferred:

* Experience in merchandise, category, or assortment strategy.
* Experience supporting pricing, promotion, or inventory strategy work.
* Experience with retail planning platform implementation or solution design.
* Experience with functional design, configuration decision-making, or process mapping.
* Experience partnering with technical implementation teams and business stakeholders.
* Experience across grocery, fashion, or general merchandise segments.
