Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are followed.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure efficient site resource utilization.
- Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and update project status.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues while maintaining project timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities with high-quality workmanship.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in residential or villa construction will be preferred.

Required Skills





- Sound knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Understanding of RCC works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQs, and quality control practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (MS Excel is essential).
- Basic knowledge of IS Codes and construction safety standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
