Business Process Solutions helps businesses streamline their finance and accounting operations by delivering high-quality support across bookkeeping, financial operations, and customer service. As part of the Mid-Market team, you will work with international clients to provide finance-related support while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your work profile

As a Senior Executive in our Mid-Market team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. You will:

Provide voice-based support to international clients on finance and accounting-related queries.

Assist customers with bookkeeping and financial operations.

Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage, Xero, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, and Tally.

Resolve customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Support clients with finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable,



Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and reporting.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely issue resolution.

Communicate effectively with global clients through calls and emails.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve SLA/KPI targets.

Key skills required

Graduate/Postgraduate in BBA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, PGD Banking, or Semi-qualified CA/CA Inter.

3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or voice-based customer support.

Comfortable to work in Night shift.

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and business finance operations.

Hands-on experience with finance/accounting software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
