We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Staffing Specialist/ IT Recruiter to join our Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with IT professionals for various client requirements. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a career in IT staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / Staffing.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
