Job Summary

Kored Infratech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to oversee HR operations for its telecommunication projects. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in recruitment, HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and project manpower management. The role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure efficient workforce planning and compliance with organizational policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and telecom project positions.
- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies based on project requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Supervise payroll processing, attendance, leave management, overtime, and employee records.




- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, CLRA, Contract Labour Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor HR policies and ensure compliance across project sites and corporate offices.
- Prepare and review HR MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, attrition reports, and monthly HR metrics.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and statutory records.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts for payroll processing and full & final settlements.
- Support audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Lead and mentor HR Executives and Recruiters to achieve departmental objectives.
