Job requirements

To qualify, candidates must have:

A post graduate degree (MBA/ Statistics) with 4-6 years of related work experience

Suitable consulting/ corp. experience

Translate ambiguous commercial questions into structured analytical scopes and delivery plans

Own endtoend quality of analytics deliverables, including logic validation, insight framing, and executivelevel communication

Proven experience in translating technical methods to non-technical stakeholders

Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas

Lead and develop analytics teams to deliver highquality insights while building sustainable internal capabilities and partner relationships

Develops internal team capabilities including development of standard analytic solutions and assets

Proven experience in translating technical methods to non-technical stakeholders





Ability to write clean and efficient code in

Python or R,

SQL (including T-SQL)

Power BI

Advanced Excel including VBA

Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP or AWS

Working knowledge on AI development and orchestration including Agentic, RAG models while using Langchain and Langgraph libraries

Talent to adapt to current challenges and ideas

Ability to lead team of analyst and data scientists, reviewing analytical logic, guiding insight development, and ensuring executiveready outputs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
