Must Have - SAP SD/OTC, EDI & Testing

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP SD/OTC processes including Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Returns, and Output Determination.

Analyze business requirements, prepare Functional Specifications (FS), and coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for developments and enhancements.

Design, implement, and support EDI integrations using ANSI X12, EDIFACT, IDoc, and middleware platforms (SAP PO/CPI, Seeburger, Gentran, etc.).

Perform end to end testing including SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Defect Management for SAP SD/OTC and EDI processes.

Validate inbound and outbound EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, and 945 and troubleshoot interface issues.

Coordinate with business users, trading partners,



and cross functional teams (MM, WM/EWM, FI, TM) for solution delivery.

Support data migration, cutover activities, go live, and hypercare phases.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP SD/OTC configuration and support.

Hands on experience with EDI, IDocs, ALE, and middleware integrations.

Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash processes.

Expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Test Planning, and Test Execution.

Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Solution Manager.

Robust knowledge of pricing, billing, output management, and customer master data.
