Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to engage prospective customers
over phone, understand their investment needs, and convert leads into customers. The role involves
promoting the company's investment products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and
consistently achieving sales targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through outbound calls using company-provided leads.
Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable investment products.
Explain product features, advantages, returns, and associated risks clearly.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for Relationship Managers where required.
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve sales and productivity targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries.
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance,



and Relationship Managers for smooth customer
onboarding.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies during all customer
interactions.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat investments and referrals.
Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language(s)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Customer-centric approach
Ability to work under sales targets
Basic understanding of financial products (Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Loans, Insurance, etc.)
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, or similar)
Good listening and objection-handling skills
Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
