Role Overview

The Project Desk Executive will serve as the coordination backbone of IndiFrame's project execution

function. This role bridges design, costing, client communication, and site execution ensuring that

every project moves from enquiry to delivery with accuracy, speed, and accountability. The ideal

candidate has a working knowledge of uPVC/aluminum systems, is comfortable with estimation tools

and technical drawings, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with a structured, detail-

oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking

- Manage the end-to-end desk coordination of assigned projects from enquiry receipt to

installation handover

- Maintain and update project trackers covering status, timelines, pending items, and delivery

milestones

- Coordinate between the design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure

seamless workflow

- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly project status reports to relevant stakeholders

Estimation, Costing & BOQ Preparation

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project quotations for residential

and commercial clients

- Use RA Workshop, Window Maker, or EVA software to generate system-specific material takeoffs

and costing sheets

- Optimize material utilization and suggest cost-effective design alternatives where applicable
- Assist the sales team with competitive pricing inputs for bids and tenders
- Experience in BOQ preparation is mandatory

Technical Drawing & Documentation

- Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans using AutoCAD or

equivalent tools

- Ensure drawings are aligned with client specifications,



site measurements, and IndiFrame product

standards

- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including drawings, approvals, and

revision history

Client & Vendor Coordination

- Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries from clients, dealers, and channel

partners

- Follow up on design approvals, material confirmations, and installation scheduling with clients
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material availability, lead times, and delivery logistics
- Escalate issues proactively and ensure resolution within agreed turnaround times

- Ensure all projects adhere to IndiFrame's design standards, quality norms, and delivery SLAs
- Support the Project Manager in site readiness checks and pre-installation documentation
- Identify bottlenecks in project flow and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a design, estimation, or project coordination role within the uPVC,

aluminum, glass, or building materials industry

- Hands-on experience with estimation/design software such as RA Workshop, Window Maker,

EVA, or similar

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation and review of technical drawings
- Strong command over MS Office Suite (Excel for costing, Word for documentation, Outlook for

communication)

- Prior exposure to facade systems, fenestration products, or construction project environments is

a solid advantage
