Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions through appropriate communication channels.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team whenever required.
- Meet individual and team performance, quality, and productivity targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
- Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Salary
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 20,000 in-hand
- Freshers: Up to 15,000 in-hand

- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- 9 Hours per Shift
