We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ATF Tester to design, develop, and execute
automated test solutions using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal
candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of ServiceNow
applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software
development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
- Execute functional, regression, and upgrade testing across ServiceNow applications.
- Create test strategies and ensure adequate test coverage based on business requirements.
- Identify, track, and validate defects in collaboration with developers and business
stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.
- Mentor junior testers and promote automation standards within the team.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
- Robust expertise in creating and maintaining automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, with
exposure to HRSD, ITOM, or CSM being an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
