Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- 10+ years of Finance experience
- GCC Banking / Banking Finance experience (Mandatory)
- Ledger Transformation experience
- IFRS (Solid hands-on knowledge)
- Oracle Fusion (Finance Transformation implementation experience)
- Change Management / Finance Transformation
- Experience leading Finance initiatives and transformation projects
- Core CFOA (Chief Financial Officer Advisory) skill set
- Candidates from Industry as well as Consulting backgrounds are acceptable
