Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring while leading vendor management activities. The role involves driving bulk hiring, managing recruitment partners, ensuring timely closures, maintaining hiring quality, and leading a team of recruiters to meet business hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end blue-collar hiring across multiple locations.
- Manage and develop relationships with recruitment vendors and staffing agencies.
- Allocate hiring requirements to vendors and monitor their performance.
- Track daily hiring metrics, TAT, closures, and hiring quality.
- Source candidates through vendors, job portals, referrals, social media, and field sourcing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and negotiate commercial terms when required.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding.




- Coordinate with business stakeholders and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and dashboards.
- Improve sourcing strategies to achieve hiring targets efficiently.
- Handle hiring drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and bulk recruitment campaigns.
