- Lead SRE experience
- Toil Reduction through automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Reliability and Availability, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets
- Basic knowledge of code deployment
- Solid hands-on experience in Observability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards
- Any APM tool not only graphana and Prometheus be it appdynamics or dynatrace or datadog or newrelic
- Need end to end observability setup
