Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations to understand their relocation and shifting requirements.
- Explain NoBroker Packers & Movers services, pricing, and value proposition.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales and relationship management.
- Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth and timely relocation services.
- Follow up with customers and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the moving process.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.




- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2C Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience in Real Estate, Packers & Movers, Logistics, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, EdTech, or any field sales role.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
