We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team, focusing on structure design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and practices.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop structural systems, including buildings, bridges, and roads.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to meet project goals.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Analyze data from various sources, such as sensors and reports, to inform design decisions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Structural Desings, with M.Tech-Structural Designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in structure design, preferably with a focus on building projects.
- Solid knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead others when necessary.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and finite element analysis programs.
