Role & responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites.
- Ensure delivery of soft and hard FM services as per client SLAs.
- Lead, supervise, and develop site teams for optimal performance.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships and address operational issues promptly.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and operational performance reviews.
- Optimize resource utilization and control operational costs.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
Preferred candidate profile: Male (Should have valuable experience in facilities)
