We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer - QS to join our team at the Head Office in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in Quantity Survey and Billing with a B.Tech-Civil degree.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate quantity surveying activities for projects.
- Prepare and submit bills to clients for payment.
- Conduct site visits to verify project progress and quantities.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
- Develop and maintain client relationships for excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech-Civil).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Survey and Billing.
- Possess robust knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
