Job Description
We are looking for an experienced International Sales Head to spearhead global business expansion for agricultural and industrial machinery products. The role involves developing international markets, building dealer and distributor networks, managing exports, and driving strategic revenue growth across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international sales and business development for Agri & Industrial Machinery.
- Develop business across Africa, Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia & South Asia.
- Build and manage dealer/distributor/channel partner network globally.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new international markets.
- Handle export operations including pricing, logistics,
documentation and compliance.
- Build long-term relationships with overseas customers and institutional buyers.
- Achieve revenue, profitability and market expansion targets.
- Coordinate with production, finance and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
- Represent the organization at international exhibitions and trade fairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of International Sales experience.
- Solid exposure to Agriculture Machinery, Farm Equipment, Industrial Machinery or allied sectors.
- Proven success in handling export markets.
- Experience in developing dealer/distributor networks internationally.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Graduate in Agriculture / Engineering / Dairy Technology. MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
