Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks on DG sets, chillers, HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, and other electrical components as needed.
- Collaborate with facility management team to resolve complex technical issues related to utilities.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of DG sets, chillers, HVAC equipments and their operations.
- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking oil levels etc.
