On the architecture and design front, candidates should have hands-on experience with application architecture and design patterns, and be able to independently design solution architecture. They must have a strong understanding and practical experience implementing repository patterns, service layers, Web API controllers, and dependency injection.

Project and infrastructure ownership is also crucial. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently setting up project infrastructure,
