- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the source of issues affecting application performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical problems and implement fixes.
- Analyze system logs, error messages, and other relevant data to diagnose issues.
- Develop reports on findings and recommendations for improving application reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Dynatrace toolset for digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques to troubleshoot complex problems.
