Location

Experience: Minimum 7+ years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Procurement to Payment Process and Recent Vendor and Part development.

- Determine the needs, necessary for the production and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Research and meet with potential suppliers to compare products, prices, and other terms, and make the best decision for the company.
- Negotiate with vendors to get the best value, and periodically revisit and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship.
- Review suppliers for quality, cost, and responsiveness, making changes where necessary to create a more streamlined process for the company.
- Identified opportunities to reduce use of inventory and thereby reduce costs for the company.
- Ensure buying activities (scheduling, follow up, bill of material matching)



& Ensure availability of materials without any production loss due to Materials Shortages.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory within norms and Analyzing daily/weekly shortages and plan corrective action accordingly. Reduce material variance (minimum variation) b/w physical and system. Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Scheduling and ensure the Timely Dispatch of finished goods to Customer.
- To maintain and update BOM in ERP system.
- Generating and maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly statistical data required for group reporting.
- Responsible for Monthly Inventory Audits for at Plant Level Materials
- Coordinating with QA for incoming Quality & Supplier Audits
- Responsible for Store Management and its activities.

Experience & Skills:

1. Good Communication Skills are critical

2. Experience in Automotive SCM (Material planning, Ordering & Inventory management)

3. Able to manage high volume work with multiple priorities & Dead Lines.

4. Know in ERP & MRP Systems
