Job Title: Campus Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to lead our campus hiring initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline from top colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end campus recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and an established network with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture strong relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells to create a sustainable campus hiring pipeline.
- Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including campus drives, hiring events, and walk-in recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop campus hiring strategies.
- Organize and manage pre-placement talks, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement programs, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities for campus hires.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment dashboards, and provide regular MIS reports to stakeholders.




- Build long-term partnerships with academic institutions to strengthen the organization's employer brand and talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on campus hiring trends, competitor activities, and best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate

- 25 years of hands-on experience in Campus Recruitment is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end campus hiring programs across multiple colleges and universities.
- Strong network with colleges, universities, placement cells, and career services teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Experience organizing campus engagement initiatives, pre-placement talks, and employer branding activities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campus hiring drives simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, recruitment dashboards, ATS, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
