The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain robust integrations across our enterprise Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable integration solutions and ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Orchestration
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather and analyze integration requirements
- Develop integrations with third-party systems including payroll providers and benefits carriers
- Manage and troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues
- Configure and maintain PECI integrations for payroll interfaces
- Build and enhance Orchestration workflows for new integration requirements
- Develop and maintain Benefit Connectors for Open Enrollment, Life Events, and carrier feeds
- Perform regular integration audits and monitor scheduled integration jobs
- Support Workday release cycles, including regression testing and validation

What You Need (Required Qualifications)





- 8+ years of overall IT/consulting experience with 6+ years in Workday Integrations
- Proven expertise in Workday Studio for building complex integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with EIB (Inbound & Outbound)
- Extensive experience with Core Connectors
- In-depth knowledge of PECI and PICOF frameworks
- Familiarity with Workday Orchestration flows
- Experience in building Benefit Connectors for carriers and TPAs
- Proficiency in XSLT, XPath, XML, and JSON
- Strong understanding of Workday data model and business objects
- Experience working with Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)

Valuable to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

- Workday Integration and/or HCM Certification
- Experience with Workday Extend
- Prior client-facing consulting experience
