Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally).

Knowledge of import documentation and foreign currency transactions.

Strong understanding of TDS, and other tax regulations.

JOB SUMMARY

A Junior Account Executive will handle the financial operations, book-keeping, and reporting for the company. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers from international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts,



and intercompany accounts.

Process invoices and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Taxation and Compliance:

Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.

Stay updated on local and international tax laws and regulations affecting the business.

Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory policies.

Reporting and Analysis:

Preparation of Various Reports required by the Finance Manager.
Analyzing and Implementation of Innovative Ideas for Effective & Productive Working

MS-Office Knowledge:

Candidate should have good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.). He must be capable of making innovative reports on excel or word when needed.
