Role & responsibilities

- Define and own the enterprise endpoint architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Architect and implement modern device management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Design endpoint security frameworks leveraging Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and compliance controls.
- Lead the modernization of workplace services across Windows 10/11 and macOS platforms.
- Design and govern device provisioning solutions using Windows Autopilot and automated enrollment processes.
- Architect identity and access management solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Partner with Cybersecurity teams to strengthen endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and compliance posture.
- Establish endpoint governance, standards, policies, and operational best practices.
- Lead integration of endpoint management processes with ServiceNow for Incident, Change, Asset, and Request Management.
- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure automation capabilities.
- Assess emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations for the up-to-date workplace ecosystem.
- Collaborate with global infrastructure, security, cloud, and architecture teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Endpoint Architecture or Modern Workplace Architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Modern Device Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender XDR, and Endpoint Security.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale Windows and macOS environments.
- Expertise in Windows Autopilot, MDM/MAM, application lifecycle management, patch management, and device compliance.
- Experience designing Zero Trust and endpoint security architectures.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and IT Asset Management integrations.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, and endpoint automation.
- Understanding of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification (preferred)
